Good travel day. We made it to Prince George this evening.

We saw 5 black bears on Yellowhead Highway 5 and Yellowhead Highway 16. This is the only one we got a picture of. Wish I had gotten it closer. It is what my photography professor at CU-Denver would have called an "Aunt Martha Bear" photo. If you look really hard you can see a black dot in the center of the back, kind of like Aunt Martha at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

We also saw a cow moose on Yellowhead 16, but could not get her picture.

We drove through Kamloops, BC today. I kept my eyes open for Gonzaga bumper stickers or for really tall dudes, but I guess Kelly O is still back at Gonzaga. =)
